Comments: Dr. Noonan has such great bed side manner and rapport with his patients. I've had 2 surgeries now done by him and I would recommend him to anyone and I would not trust anyone else with my Orthopedic needs especially for my knee and shoulder. He is Top Notch and I am so lucky to be a patient of his.
