Yes. I met with Tom, I think it was Noonan, yesterday. I thought he was as I would expect, professional, but he was also very engaged. It felt like he was really listening and really cared, so those things are important to me so I appreciate that.

Everyone was friendly, explained what they were going to do and why, and listened and tried to understand my description of the pain (I wasn't very good with it as it's difficult to put into words). They made me feel comfortable and valuable.

Noonan is a class act, informative, with great bed side manner. Setting an appointment was difficult and receptionist should have looked at both Gary & Noonan's calendars when I mentioned a need to get in quickly.

The facility is beautiful and Dr. Noonan was thoughtful and thorough in my exam, but waiting over an hour in an exam room was excessive.
